Our Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) offer all of the convenience of an ATM, with the added ability to speak directly with one of our Bank Tellers!
Our ITM Tellers are available and ready to serve you at all of our branch locations Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 5 pm, Fridays from 8 am - 6 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am - 12 pm.
Our friendly lobby staff are still available to help assist you with other needs- such as printing account statements, accepting coin deposits, and more during normal business hours.
ITM FAQs
An ITM, or Interactive Teller Machine, is a banking kiosk that blends ATM capabilities with live video interactions with a remote teller. It facilitates transactions that require human assistance, such as cashing checks or obtaining detailed account information.
Where are the ITM Tellers?
Our ITM Tellers are located at our Winchester Main location within our Operations department.
Our ITMs service our Drive Thru customers at all branches.
What does an ITM do?
Our ITMs offer many different services to customers, such as:
- Cash and Check Deposits
- Account balance/inquiry
- Request Debit Card Replacement
- Payments
- Withdrawals
- Cash checks
- Updating Address
- And more!
Can I have additional privacy while using the ITM?
Each ITM machine offers customers the option to use headphones or adjust the volume, allowing you to take extra precautions if needed.
Can I go to an ITM to change my address?
Yes, our ITM Tellers are able to update your phone number and/or address.
Please note that you will need to bring a valid ID to update your phone number or change your address.
Can ITMs complete transactions including coin?
Yes, our ITMs are stocked with loose quarters, nickels, and pennies to process your transaction. For rolled coin needs, please visit our friendly lobby staff during normal business hours.
