Have Your Information Ready
Before using People Talk telephone banking service, make sure you have your account number(s) handy.
You will also need to know your Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you call, your PIN will be the Federal Tax ID number or Social Security number of the name that appears on your account. You will then be instructed to change you PIN to a new four digit number that only you know.
Our automated telephone banking system is easy to use. Simply follow the instructions given to you over the telephone. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose.
To access a selection, simply press the corresponding number on your telephone. Best of all, if you need to talk to one of our customer service personnel, simply press zero. Our Customer Service Representatives are availabe to help from M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST.
