A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT & CEO
Our community's health, well-being, and security are among Peoples Exchange Bank's highest priorities. As a responsible financial institution, we have an obligation to staff and customers in times like these.
We want to personally reassure you, as one of our valued customers, of the steps we are taking throughout our branches and with our staff to continue providing you the safest ability to deliver important financial services such as money and credit availability. Accordingly, we have reviewed our existing pandemic policy and have verified that we are ready for any and all contingencies to avoid potential disruption to our customers. Your money in Peoples Exchange Bank is safe and we are prepared to navigate through the COVID-19 crisis with urgency and a standard of banking that you've come to expect since our founding in 1912.
After careful consideration, it has been decided that Peoples Exchange Bank will limit access of our branch lobbies. Effective Wednesday, March 18th, our banking services will be limited to drive-thru only until further notice. This decision will in no way affect your ability access your funds or complete any of your normal banking activities. Our bankers and lenders will continue to work regular office hours and are ready to help with business or personal banking needs, including mortgages, access to safe deposit boxes, loans and opening new accounts. To make an appointment, please call 800-364-3631 or click here. We encourage our customers to utilize digital banking whenever possible. Through this service, many of our financial services are available right from the convenience and safety of your home.
Our commitment is to keep you safe and informed of any changing operations or issues regarding your financial relationship with Peoples Exchange Bank. Please exercise caution during these times, keep up with the latest news, and feel confident that our team is doing the same to protect you. If you have any questions or need additional information on how we are navigating COVID-19, please call us at 800-364-3631.
Thank you for being a valued Peoples Exchange Bank customer.
